Concentration: Use epinephrine 1 mg/ml ampule (1:1000)
Diluent: Add 0.9% NaCl as indicated in the table to achieve appropriate volume
Administration: Screw the top of the nebulizer head before use
Indications: Commonly used for croup, laryngotracheobronchitis, and upper airway obstruction
Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, especially heart rate and respiratory status during and after treatment
Observation: Patients should be observed for at least 2-3 hours after treatment due to potential rebound effects
