Before You Contact Support

• Do not send patient names, medical record numbers, national IDs, phone numbers, dates of birth, images containing identifiers, or other protected health information.
• Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
• If the issue is about sign-in or account deletion, mention the error message without sharing your password.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their account in the app. A recent sign-in may be required before account deletion for security.
