ENT Hub Terms of Use

Effective date: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ENT Hub mobile app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement that also applies to apps from the App Store.

Utility and Reference Use Only

ENT Hub is provided as a utility and reference app for licensed healthcare professionals and trainees. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or patient-specific advice, and does not replace clinical judgment, institutional protocols, pharmacist review, specialist consultation, or emergency care.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any clinical decision you make. You must independently verify all calculations, sizing, scores, device details, manufacturer information, and reference information against current authoritative sources and local policies before relying on them in patient care. Content may contain errors, may be incomplete, or may become out of date.

No Patient Identifiers

You must not enter patient names, medical record numbers, national IDs, phone numbers, dates of birth, identifiable images, or other identifying information into the app, support messages, screenshots, or contributions. You are responsible for complying with all privacy laws and the policies of your institution.

User-Contributed Content

If you submit content (such as knowledge-base notes, flashcards, or patient-instruction drafts), you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant the developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, display, distribute, and remove that content within the app and its services. Submitted content may be reviewed before publication and may be edited or declined. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or contains patient identifiers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Accounts and Termination

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any clinical decision, outcome, loss, or damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its content.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
