ENT Toolkit Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 August 2026
ENT Toolkit is an offline reference and calculation app for qualified healthcare professionals. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide patient-specific advice, and it does not replace clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or emergency care.
ENT Toolkit collects no data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting service, and the app makes no network requests. Nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to be transmitted to.
What the app stores
Everything the app saves stays in its private storage on your device:
- Favourite tools, so your most-used tools stay at the top.
- Appearance and display preferences.
- Work contact details that you choose to add.
- Age, weight, sex and recent calculation history only for the current app session. These values stay in memory and are cleared when the app closes.
This information is never uploaded, shared, or sold. Persistent preferences and work contacts are removed when the app is deleted. Patient context and calculation history are not written to device storage.
What the app does not do
- It does not create an account or ask you to sign in.
- It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any identifier.
- It does not collect or persist patient information, and you should not enter any patient-identifiable information into it.
- It does not use analytics, tracking, advertising identifiers, or third-party SDKs that collect data.
- It does not access your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, location, or health data.
- It does not require an internet connection.
Third parties
ENT Toolkit uses no third-party service providers, processors, or analytics platforms of any kind. No data is shared with anyone, because none is collected.
Patient information
Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, national IDs, phone numbers, dates of birth, or any other identifying information into the app. Enter only the de-identified measurements a calculation requires. Patient context is limited to age, weight and sex, stays in memory for the current session, and is cleared when the app closes.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
