ENT Toolkit Terms of Use
Effective date: 9 August 2026
These terms govern your use of ENT Toolkit, an offline reference and calculation app for qualified healthcare professionals. By using the app you agree to them.
What ENT Toolkit is
ENT Toolkit is a reference and educational aid. It provides published reference data, sizing tables, anthropometric calculations, and descriptions of published clinical classification systems.
What ENT Toolkit is not
- It is not a medical device and has not been cleared or certified as one by the FDA, under the EU MDR, or by any other regulator.
- It does not diagnose, treat, or make treatment recommendations, and it does not produce patient-specific advice.
- It does not contain drug dosage calculators.
- It is not a patient record system. It stores no patient data and must not be used to record clinical information about an identifiable person.
- It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, local protocols, senior advice, or the manufacturer's instructions for use.
Intended users
The app is intended for qualified healthcare professionals and trainees in otolaryngology and related specialties. It is not intended for use by patients or the general public to make decisions about their own care.
Verify before use
Always verify any value, size, or classification against your institution's policy, the current product labelling, and the primary literature before acting on it. Device dimensions and product ranges change; the manufacturer's instructions for use always take precedence over anything shown in this app.
No warranty
The app and its content are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Clinical reference data is compiled with care but may contain errors or become out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, this app or its content. You remain professionally responsible for every clinical decision you make.
Intellectual property
The app, its source code, and its bundled reference content are the property of the developer and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to create derivative works without written permission. Classification systems described in the app are attributed to their original authors; those descriptions are the app's own wording, not reproductions of the published instruments.
