ENT Toolkit Support
Effective date: 9 August 2026
Support for ENT Toolkit, an offline reference and calculation app for qualified healthcare professionals.
Getting help
For questions, bug reports, or corrections to clinical reference content, email drbinsaadapps@gmail.com.
Please do not include any patient information in a support message — no names, record numbers, dates of birth, or identifiable images. A description of the screen and what you expected to see is all that is needed.
Reporting a clinical content error
Accuracy reports are welcome and taken seriously. When reporting a value you believe is wrong, it helps enormously to include:
- The screen and the exact value shown.
- The value you believe is correct.
- The source it comes from — ideally the manufacturer's instructions for use, or the primary paper.
Common questions
Does the app need an internet connection? No. Every tool and reference works fully offline. The app makes no network requests at all.
Do I need an account? No. There is no sign-in, and no account exists to create.
Where is my data stored? Favourites, appearance preferences and work contacts stay in the app's private storage on your device. Age, weight, sex and calculation history stay only in memory for the current session and are cleared when the app closes. Nothing is transmitted. See the privacy policy.
Can I use it to keep a patient list? No. The app is not a patient record or handover system and has no patient-name, record-number or clinical-notes fields. Use your institution's approved systems for anything patient-identifiable.
Why are there no symptom questionnaires? Instruments such as SNOT-22, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale, DHI, THI and VHI are each subject to copyright and several require a licence for distribution in an app. They are deliberately not included.
Why are there no drug dosage calculators? App Store Review Guideline 1.4.2 restricts drug dosage calculators to manufacturers, hospitals, universities, insurers, pharmacies, and regulator-cleared entities.
